​Ingredients
o 220gr of couverture chocolate
o 4 tbsp butter
o 90gr (2/3 cup) white flour
o 1/2 tsp salt
o 1/2 tsp baking powder
o 1 tsp vanilla powder
o 95 gr (3/4 cup) brown sugar
o 3 medium eggs
o 340 gr chip chocolates

Preparing
- melt the butter and 220 gr of roughly chopped couverture chocolate together & set aside to cool down a bit. (don't burn it!)
- beat 3 eggs, brown sugar and vanilla for about 4 minutes.
- mix white flour, baking powder and salt in another bowl
- add melted chocolate slowly into the eggs bowl.
(make sure the chocolate-butter mixture is not to hot! you wouldn't want to fry the eggs!)
- add the flour mixture in the eggs bowl too and mix.
-finally add the chip chocolates and stir it with a wooden spoon.
***this is not a usual cookie dough! it is a batter.

Baking
-take chunks of batter with your wooden spoon and place them on a baking paper laid tray. make sure they are at least 3-4cm away from each other.
-bake for 12-15mins at 180°C pre-heated oven.
